About Chandler Villacruz
A marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience, Chandler Villacruz launched his career at the San Francisco-based firm Healthy Living. As a marketing associate at the company’s Los Angeles office, he worked on a number of strategic print advertising campaigns. Chandler Villacruz also spearheaded a marketing initiative that boosted Healthy Living’s sales by 10 percent within 12 months.
After a subsequent role as marketing director at Healthy Living’s headquarters, Chandler Villacruz left to join the startup Food Rates as a senior marketing manager. His achievements in this position include implementing new customer engagement programs, overseeing social-media marketing projects, and facilitating the expansion of his team. In 2014, the San Francisco Business Times recognized Mr. Villacruz as one of its “40 Under 40” for his work with Food Rates.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Chandler Villacruz maintains a lifelong love of animals. As the owner of a golden retriever mix, he enjoys spending his days at his local dog park and running with his canine companion. Mr. Villacruz is also dedicated to helping animals in need and supports several local shelters, such as the San Francisco SPCA and the Peninsula Humane Society. His other hobbies include eating healthy and participating in marathons.
